Instant Edge ("we," "us") provides a private business dashboard ("the Service") that displays a company's own financial and operational data. This policy explains what we access, how we use it, and how we protect it. We provide the Service to a business and its authorized representatives ("you"); the business owns its data.
With your explicit authorization, and only after you connect an account, we access the following on a read-only basis:
We access only the data needed to render your dashboard. We do not access data from accounts you have not connected, and we do not initiate any changes in your connected systems.
Connected data is used solely to compute and display the metrics, charts, and reports within your dashboard. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
You may disconnect a connected account at any time from within the dashboard or by contacting us. On disconnection we revoke the stored authorization tokens and stop accessing that account. We delete or de-identify associated stored data on request.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the Service (for example, secure hosting and database providers), each bound to protect it, or where required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your stored data, and you may withdraw authorization at any time. Contact us using the details below.
