These Terms govern your use of the Instant Edge dashboard ("the Service"). By connecting an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service.
You retain all ownership of your business data. You represent that you are authorized to connect the accounts you connect (for example, that you are an administrator of the connected QuickBooks Online or Housecall Pro account, or have permission from one). The Service accesses connected accounts read-only and makes no changes to them.
The Service connects to third-party platforms (including Intuit QuickBooks Online and Housecall Pro) under their respective terms. We are not responsible for those platforms' availability or for changes they make to their APIs.
The Service is provided "as is." Figures shown are for informational purposes and depend on the accuracy of the data in your connected systems. The Service is not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice; consult a qualified professional before making decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instant Edge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on figures displayed in the Service.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On termination we revoke stored authorizations and, on request, delete associated data.
